Venerable Properties

in Our Work

The Venerable Group are our neighbors and friends. People call Venerable the friendly developer and, in this case, it is actually true. They work tirelessly to make sure that every building they refurbish is done right, and they care about their relationships. Case in point: the historic White Stag Building in Old Town. White Stag was refurbished by Venerable and is home base for their operations. When you enter the building you can't help but notice the quality craftsmanship that went into the redesign. The White Stag building represents what Venerable stands for perfectly: high standards, quality, and attention to detail. While the White Stag building does a good job of representing them, their old website missed the mark. It was cluttered, outdated, and clumsy to navigate. Sometimes all you see of a property is its website, and we strongly feel it's worth the investment to make sure that site is a good embodiment of their principles and ethics. The new website is responsive, meaning that no matter what the screen size (mobile phone, template or desktop) the website will be beautifully and optimized for the device. Next, Venerable needed to consolidate content. The old site had property information and images of the same property listed separately. It was confusing and frustrating to go back in forth between pages. We incorporated an updateable image slider that scales to the size of the device. This allowed Venerable to merge their content together and include as many beautiful images and videos as they wish. We also organized the content and gave Venerable the power to update virtually any item on the site. We also incorporated a system that puts Venerable in charge of their SEO, allowing them to add keywords and monitor their data. Not only does the new site do a better job of showcasing Venerable's work, it improves their online presence as well. We are proud of the new website, like a refurbished Venerable building, it will stand the test of time.
