What We Offer

We offer a main­te­nance plan for our Word­Press and WooCom­merce clients that includes plug-in and core updates, data back­ups, com­pli­men­ta­ry licens­es, and our month­ly main­te­nance newsletter. 

Pric­ing is depen­dent on web­site com­plex­i­ty and can be paid either month­ly or yearly.

We per­form month­ly updates to your Word­Press core, WooCom­merce core, and all installed plug-ins. Updates are typ­i­cal­ly per­formed in the last week of the month with the fol­low­ing provisions:

• Secu­ri­ty patch­es are updat­ed with­in 24 hours of being released, regard­less of the date of the month.
• If the end of the month includes a hol­i­day week­end, we’ll test updates on stag­ing and then wait until after the hol­i­day to update.
• Your plan includes up to an hour of fix­es each month to your web­site as a result of plug-in updates (these hours do not roll over). Addi­tion­al fix­es will be invoice at our hourly rate.
• We do not put updates up on Fridays.

In order to test updates, we keep an up-to-date stag­ing web­site run­ning at all times. Back­ups are test­ed out on the stag­ing web­site and then, once test­ed, moved to your live site.

Need­more will set-up auto­mat­ic back­ups of your web­site data that will allow for your site to be restored should any issue arise.

Your theme and all code updates are stored in a ver­sion con­trolled Github repos­i­to­ry.

We hold a num­ber of licens­es that we share with our clients with­out addi­tion­al charge.

• WP All Import & Export — $299/​year value

Need­more clients may choose to either pur­chase their own plug-ins or have Need­more pur­chase on their behalf and take care of invoic­ing. Either way, we’ll ensure that your web­site has the prop­er licens­es installed and alert you to any issues with licenses.
