What We Offer

We offer a maintenance plan for our WordPress and WooCommerce clients that includes plug-in and core updates, data backups, complimentary licenses, and our monthly maintenance newsletter. 

Pricing is dependent on website complexity and can be paid either monthly or yearly.

We perform monthly updates to your WordPress core, WooCommerce core, and all installed plug-ins. Updates are typically performed in the last week of the month with the following provisions:

• Security patches are updated within 24 hours of being released, regardless of the date of the month.
• If the end of the month includes a holiday weekend, we'll test updates on staging and then wait until after the holiday to update.
• Your plan includes up to an hour of fixes each month to your website as a result of plug-in updates (these hours do not roll over). Additional fixes will be invoice at our hourly rate.
• We do not put updates up on Fridays.

In order to test updates, we keep an up-to-date staging website running at all times. Backups are tested out on the staging website and then, once tested, moved to your live site.

Needmore will set-up automatic backups of your website data that will allow for your site to be restored should any issue arise.

Your theme and all code updates are stored in a version controlled Github repository.

We hold a number of licenses that we share with our clients without additional charge.

Needmore clients may choose to either purchase their own plug-ins or have Needmore purchase on their behalf and take care of invoicing. Either way, we'll ensure that your website has the proper licenses installed and alert you to any issues with licenses.
